Automatic climate control: What does it give, what is it made of?

Modern heat supply systems are created so that their design helps to provide the most comfortable environment in the room. In addition, fuel and energy savings are considered to be the most important task. Both of these goals are achieved by installation of such convenient and not requiring complex care equipment, as climate regulation automatics, or climate regulation. The group of devices works in order to constantly and independently support in one temperature indoors under the conditions of change of the outside thermal parameters.

What is the system made of?

It is possible to adjust the equipment only in the place where the hot-water regulator and the heat meter are already installed. Installation of the hardware implies the installation of:

  1. Controller coordinating the operation of all other mechanisms.

  2. Pump that performs the movement of the heat carrier.

  3. Valve, reverse valve.

  4. Temperature sensors, which are located inside, as well as on the outside of the heated building. They register thermal readings and promptly transmit them to the controller. Thanks to them, the automatic climate regulation works quickly and efficiently.

  5. Drive.

  6. Valves.

How are the mechanisms operating?

The regulator receives information from the outside sensor that the temperature has changed. Based on this data, the machine calculates how much hot heat carrier should be added to the already used, and performs it.

Modern automatics of climate regulation is very convenient, it can be configured differently depending on the needs of users. For example:

  1. Set the mode of normal maintenance of the heating schedule with constant temperature.

  2. Program to reduce the temperature in the building at a certain time (at night, during working hours, when there is no one at home, or on weekends, etc.).

  3. Set the amount of hot water taken from the network in advance.

  4. Set up and program the temperature in the hot water system.

  5. If the building is not used, adjust the automation to protect the heat supply system from freezing.
