Methods of thermal load regulation

The TPP is a network consisting of the elements organized to supply the residential complexes or neighborhoods located in the same territory with heat. The thermal power plant is connected with heat carrier and the control system which produces and supplies a pipeline with hot water, to be used by the consumer. A more simplified option is heating through individual heat point, designed to operate on more restricted areas: apartment, building.

The stations are designed for three ways of power distribution:

  • Group,
  • Local
  • and individual.

Advantages and disadvantages

Both one variant of regulation, and several in combination with each other can be applied for heat supply of the facilities. For many years the method of group regulation has been widely applied, however, during use, the shortcomings of such method became obvious. A four-pipe intra-quarter network was required to connect the subscribers to the TPP, which led to a high cost of operation of the pipeline. The wear of the hot water pipeline, just a year after commissioning become a major problem in the operation of the TPPs. This caused a large content of sulfate and chloride in the water. Later on, the heating through the individual heat point and the refusal of the transit became more common. This has led to the solution of the expensive system problem and reduced the length of the piping.

However, on the other hand, the maintenance of the IHP showed a very low level of service. This is due to unqualified personnel working with domestic and water consumption. The company "Regional Energy Efficiency Office" offers IHP designing, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair, we perform works qualitatively within a short time.
